FS17 – Seed Production V1.0

Seed Production mod for FS17. Make your own seed from canola barley corn wheat sunflower, and soybean 03/07/17 Updated script and fixed smoke 09/22/17 Building will now fill seeders just like an ingame seed fill point.  Before you could only load fertilizer or seed then manually fill with a second product.
